Membership:
- Develops and implements long term goals and annual plans for
recruiting and retaining club members.
- Arranges induction and new members training
- Promotes fellowship
- Looks after the welfare of our people

Public Relations:
- Develops and executes a plan to provide the public with information
about Rotary.
- Promotes our club projects and activities.
- Project status reports
- Records our history in a consistent manner

Administration:
- Conducts all administrative tasks
- Oversee contacts with outside organisations
- Weekly Programmes
- Co-opt members for specific tasks

Service Projects:
- Plans and implements educational, humanitarian and vocational
projects within the clubs community and internationally.
- The spearhead of the club that the rest of us will support.

Rotary Foundation:
- Develops and carries out plans to support the Rotary Foundation
- Makes recommendations on financial contribution and club participation
in Foundation activities
- Looks for opportunities for Foundation support for club projects
and activities
